All prices are in US dollars. Aquamasters, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Check in
Advance, Money Order, LC, or Wire Transfers.
HOW TO ORDER
Aquamasters, Inc. offers four (4) easy ways to order.
Order On-Line, Phone, Fax, or
US Postal Service.
OR, type Your Phone number in the email message, and we'll be happy to return your call the
next business day.
ORDER ON-LINE
Email your order to

Simply type in the product code, description, and quantity of the items that you
want right in the email message. Be sure to include your credit card number (Visa or
Mastercard), the expiration date, and the name as it appears on the card. Please
include your daytime phone as we may have questions.
Please provide the shipping address with zip code, and country code, if applicable.
ORDER BY PHONE
You may call our Customer Service department at (410) 252-2079. Our office
hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
Please have the product number, product name, along with your Visa or Mastercard
credit card number and expiration date available when you call.
ORDER BY FAX
Print out a copy of the order form you want. Fill out the order form, including your
name, address and Visa or Mastercard credit card number. Please include your daytime
phone as we may have questions. Include credit card number with expiration date,
along with your signed order form. If the Shipping Address is different from the
Billing Address, Please indicate that info on the fax.
ORDER BY MAIL
Print out a copy of the order form. Fill out the order form, including your name and
address. Please include your daytime phone as we may have questions. Do not
send cash. Include check, money order, or Visa / Mastercard credit card number with
expiration date, along with your signed order form.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are generally shipped via UPS or US Postal Service, whichever is best for the
customer. Because of size and weight restrictions, some orders may be shipped via
Common Carrier (Tractor Trailer). Express Service such as Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day
Air Service is also available if your needs are immediate. Please indicate if you
need an order to be expedited.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES
All sales are final. No item may be returned without a Returned Goods
Authorization Number (RGA). A 25% restocking and handling fee will be placed
on all returned goods. Freight is the responsibility of the consumer.
Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
